How do you structure payments?
Most engagements are structured as milestone-based payments tied to deliverables — not time-and-materials. You pay when we hit outcomes, not just when we show up.
What if we're not ready for a full engagement?
Start with our Starter POC. It's designed to de-risk the investment and prove value on one use case before you commit to a larger transformation.
Do you offer fixed-price engagements?
Yes. Growth engagements are typically fixed-price with a clearly defined scope. Enterprise contracts are usually T&M with a cap, scoped quarterly.
Who owns the IP and code?
You do — 100%. All models, pipelines, and infrastructure we build are yours. We don't create dependency. We build and transfer.
How fast can you start?
Typical onboarding for a Growth engagement is 2 weeks from contract signature. We have a bench of senior talent ready to mobilise.
What's your refund policy?
We offer milestone-based contracts. If a milestone isn't delivered to spec, you don't pay for it. We also offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on Starter engagements.
